I seek to create images that invite emotional connection and access to the depths of the human spirit.  I paint intuitively.  Most of the time I begin a painting without any preconceived notion about “how a painting will turn out.”  I see painting as a joyful partnership with the universal Creative Spirit that sparks our world.  Artwork reveals itself to me as much as I conceive it.  Abstract art, by its very nature, offers multiple ways for a painting to be “experienced.” I find that appealing.
